• Handle your bracelets gently to preserve their shape and finish.
• Roll your bracelet on or off your wrist gently when putting on/ removing them.
• Do not pull your bracelet forcefully.

🌿 CARE

• Quartz are generally water safe but it's not advised to soak them in water for long time. Crystals ends with ''ite'' should avoid water contact. 
• Generally avoid exposing your jewelry to moisture, perfumes, or harsh chemicals. 
• Do not wear it to the shower or when exercising unless the bracelet has only water safe crystals, sterling silver or stainless steel findings. If damp, gently pat dry with a paper towel before storing.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Some stones may fade or lose their pigmentation over time when left under the sun.
• Consider storing your jewelry in the case we provide.

✨ CLEAN

• Clean with dry paper towel or soft cloth.
• For bracelet with sterling silver findings, use silver polish cloth when needed.

🔧 REPAIR

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we offer restringing and hardware replacement services for both elastic and wired bracelets.
Hardware replacement includes restringing and is subject to parts availability.
Shipping cost for all repairs is $3, borne by the customer.
If the product is defective, please return it within 5 days for our evaluation.

Note: 925 silver hardware is excluded from the above table. These components rarely require replacement. If you need a quotation for silver hardware replacement, please contact us.
