Q: Are your crystals authentic?

A: Yes. Every MOOD Crystal bracelet is made with natural stones, handmade by us in Singapore. We do not use synthetic or dyed beads.

Q: Does your hardware tarnish?

A: All gold-plated hardware will tarnish. However, we use high quality stainless steel based hardware in most designs which is tarnish resistant. We also have designs with other metals which are stated on the product pages.

Q: How soon will I receive my item?

A: In-stock orders are shipped within 1–2 working days; local orders are typically delivered in 1–3 business days after that. Refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

Q: I've already placed my order but want to add another item without paying shipping again — how?

A: Just contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram before your order ships and we'll combine the new item so you're not charged shipping twice.

Q: How do I choose the right size?

A: Wrap a measuring tape snugly around your wrist and read it in centimetres — that's your size. Size up by 0.5 cm if you like a looser fit. See our Sizing Guide for the full guide.

Q: My wrist size is different from the default bracelet size — do I need to pay to resize it?

A: No. If your wrist size differs from our default, we'll adjust it to fit you at no charge.

Q: What if I want to change the size after receiving my bracelet?

A: No problem. We don't have a physical shop, but you can arrange to meet up with us or mail the bracelet back to us for adjustment. Just reach out and we'll sort it out with you.

Q: Why do my crystals have imperfections?

A: Because they're real, natural stone. Tiny inclusions, faint lines, and small colour variations form as a crystal grows in the earth over thousands of years — they're natural characteristics, not defects, and they're part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

Q: How do I choose my crystals?

A: Two honest ways, both valid: choose by intention — the stone traditionally linked to what you want to invite in, such as calm, focus, love, or protection — or simply choose the one you're drawn to. Q: Which wrist should I wear my crystal bracelet on?

A: Tradition says the left wrist is the “receiving” side — for what you want to draw in, like calm, love, or luck — and the right is the “giving” side, for what you want to project, like confidence or protection. There's no hard rule, though. Wear it where it feels right.

Q: Can I wear more than one crystal bracelet at once?

A: Absolutely — stacking is half the fun. There's even a name for it: a “crystal arm party.” Most crystals don't clash, so combine whatever you love.

Q: How can I tell if a crystal bracelet is real?

A: Real stone feels cool to the touch and a little heavier than it looks, shows natural variation, and won't have bright colour pooling inside the drill holes, which can be a giveaway for dye. Glass imitations feel warm and light and can trap tiny bubbles. Ours are natural stone, always.
